1. Information Collection
Mountaintop 360 collects information necessary to provide our lead generation and appointment setting services. The types of personal and business information we collect include, but are not limited to:
- Contact Information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses of both our clients and the leads generated through our advertising campaigns.
- Service Interactions: Call recordings (where legally permissible and disclosed), chat transcripts, and appointment scheduling details.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage data collected via cookies and tracking pixels on our hosted landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
2. Data Usage
The data we collect is utilized exclusively for facilitating business operations between contractors and their prospective customers. We use lead data to qualify intent, route inbound calls, and schedule appointments on behalf of our clients. Client data is used for account management, billing, communicating service updates, and integrating with third-party CRMs (such as HubSpot) as requested by the client. We do not use collected lead data for any purpose other than connecting the lead with the specific contractor whose campaign they engaged with.
3. Data Protection
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the data we process. This includes data encryption at rest and in transit, secure access controls, and regular security audits. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Mountaintop 360 operates on a model of exclusivity. Lead data generated through a client's specific campaign is shared only with that specific client and their connected systems (e.g., their designated CRM). We do not sell, rent, or trade lead data to third-party data brokers or competing contractors. We may share necessary technical data with trusted service providers (such as hosting platforms, telecommunication providers, and payment processors) strictly for the purpose of operating our infrastructure.
5. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. These rights may include the right to access the personal information we hold about you, the right to request corrections to inaccurate data, the right to request deletion of your data, and the right to opt-out of certain data processing activities. Clients and individuals who have interacted with our campaigns may exercise these rights by submitting a formal request using the contact information provided below. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
